Systems Coaching

Christy tunes the connective tissue of a business so it flows.

For years Christy has been quietly running the systems behind businesses and nonprofits, the booking flows, email funnels, sponsor pipelines, volunteer schedules, event check-ins, and the dashboards that keep it all visible. Now she brings that same skillset to other heart-led businesses, nonprofits, and solopreneurs.

If you are brilliant at the heart of your work and drowning in the operations around it, this is for you. Christy builds the systems you are too busy serving your people to build yourself, booking flows, email lists, forms, scheduling, sponsorship programs, fundraising campaigns, and the dashboards that keep it all visible. All remotely, from anywhere.

I do not run the systems for you. I build them, I write down how they work, I teach your team to run them, and then I hand over the keys.

Who this is for

Wellness businesses

Massage therapists, bodyworkers, yoga and movement studios, fascia and wellness practitioners, and the small practices built around them.

Nonprofits, events, and community organizations

Festivals, conferences, retreats, and mission-driven organizations that run on volunteers, sponsors, and donors, and need the backend to hold up under all of it.

Solopreneurs

Solo founders and practitioners who are brilliant at their craft and buried in the backend. Booking, scheduling, email, forms, the systems that keep the business running.

Founder energy, and knowing when to pass the torch

I’m a Manifesting Generator in Human Design. In plain terms, I’m built to start things. I can see the shape of a project long before it exists, I move fast, and I’d rather have three things in motion than one thing perfect. It’s a big part of why I’ve worn so many hats.

Look at the projects on my About page and you’ll see the same pattern running through all of them. I published the Ozarks’ first holistic wellness directory, the iBody Directory, in 2012 and 2013. I revived the Full Circle Garden program, a 15-year-old garden for the local food bank. I co-founded the Queen City Beard & Moustache Federation, which went on to raise over $120,000 for local causes. I helped allocate a $2.1 million grant-funded alliance for walkability projects.

And here’s the part most visionaries don’t have. I don’t need to hold the reins. Every one of those started as an idea, and every one of them ended up in someone else’s hands, running without me. That isn’t me losing interest, that’s the gift. My strength is taking something from zero to moving, writing down how it runs, and handing it to the people who will carry it further.

That works in your favor. I’m not trying to become a permanent fixture in your business. I build the systems, I teach you and your team how to run them, and then I step back. You get the founder energy without the dependency.

How we can work together

Whether you run a wellness practice, a nonprofit, or a one-person shop, the work has the same shape. We find what is broken, we build what is missing, and you end up with something that runs without you holding it together by hand. Every build below is flat rate, with no hourly meter running.

Start here

$150

Strategy Session

A focused 90-minute call to audit your current systems and name the two or three highest-leverage fixes, followed by a written one-page action plan within 48 hours. This is where everyone starts.

Ongoing

$150 / hour

Hourly or Retainer

Ongoing systems work by the hour: booking setup, email funnels, form and sheet automation, social dashboards, client and donor scheduling, sponsorship tracking. Retainers are 5 hours per month for $700, or 10 hours per month for $1,400.

Done-for-you builds, flat rate

$1,800

Launch-Ready Booking and Forms

A booking or signup flow, an intake and waiver form, automatic confirmation, and a clean spreadsheet backend, all connected. For a nonprofit or an event, this is your vendor and volunteer intake.

$2,200

Email Nurture System

Three to five automated campaigns (welcome, nurture, reminder) with personalized merge tags, plus a simple dashboard to track sends. Built for client lists, donor lists, and volunteer lists alike.

$2,400

Sponsorship Program

A sponsor application and pipeline, tiered packages (Presenting, Supporting, Community, and in-kind), a clear benefits schedule for each tier, invoicing and follow-up, and a dashboard showing who is confirmed, who is pending, and what each sponsor is owed.

$1,800

Fundraising Campaign

Donation pages, silent auction and raffle logistics, peer-to-peer and matching-gift campaigns, a fundraising timeline with goals and owners, and donor follow-up that actually goes out.

$750

Press Release and Media Kit

A press release written and formatted for distribution, a media contact list, and a simple outreach tracker so you know who was contacted, when, and what came back.

$2,400

Event and Volunteer Operations

Vendor and volunteer intake, shift schedules, ticket and headcount reconciliation, check-in flows, and the dashboards that keep the whole event visible in one place.

A recent build: the owner’s quick start binder, the new site, and the booking and assistant behind it, all handed over as one system.

$4,000

Full Backend

Everything above, plus a client or donor database, online scheduling, email automation, board and funder reporting, and a lightweight content dashboard.

For nonprofits: event coordination

Nonprofits carry a specific weight. You are accountable to a board, a funder, and a community all at once, and the event has to run on volunteer goodwill and a budget nobody wants to explain twice. I have coordinated conferences and multi-day festivals at exactly this scale, including a 200-person conference with 25 speakers, 25 volunteers, 19 vendors, and six figures of ticket and sponsorship revenue.

These are flat project fees, not hourly. They are already discounted from the standard rate for nonprofit budgets, so the number you see is the number you plan around.

Backend only

$2,400

Event Systems Build

The operational spine, without day-of support. Vendor and volunteer applications, volunteer shift scheduling, sponsor pipeline and tiers, ticket and headcount reconciliation, check-in flows, and one dashboard that shows it all.

Most common

$5,500

Coordination Partner

Everything in the Event Systems Build, plus speaker and facilitator management (bios, photos, A/V needs, consent), a four-part email and social campaign, the program and schedule build, and a standing monthly call from kickoff to event week.

End to end

$8,500

Full Event Coordination

Everything in Coordination Partner, plus sponsor fulfillment and benefits tracking, vendor payments, name badges and printed materials, volunteer orientation materials, day-of check-in oversight, and post-event reconciliation, thank-yous, and recap.

Already have a planner

$1,200

Day-of Coordination

On site or on call for the event itself. Check-in and registration oversight, volunteer station coverage, vendor arrival and setup, and someone whose only job is solving the thing that goes wrong at 9am.

After the event

$900

Post-Event Wrap

Final attendance and revenue reconciliation, sponsor and donor thank-yous, the recap post and social copy, media and recording organization, and a written handoff so next year starts from a real foundation instead of a folder of loose files.

For context on where those numbers come from: full coordination of a 200-person conference runs 100 to 150 hours across four to six months. At the standard $150 hourly rate that engagement is $15,000 or more. The flat nonprofit fees above are roughly half that, so the budget is predictable before a single hour is spent.

The human side of things

Systems coaching is about the machinery. Awareness coaching is about the person running it. If what you cannot get out from under is not your business but your own patterns, that is a different conversation, and it lives on the Awareness Coaching page. Same person, same mind, different doorway.

Work from anywhere

Christy ran her last systems build from a Starlink connection at the Buffalo National River. Your organization does not need her in a room, it needs her in the system. Everything she delivers lives in the cloud, booking pages, forms, sheets, email, and dashboards, so you can be served from anywhere, on your own schedule.

Some of that building is done with AI, and I do not hide it. If you want to know what it actually is, what it does and does not do with your information, and what it costs in energy and water, it is written out in plain numbers on how I use AI and what it costs the planet.
