Share Your Gifts in a Sacred, Ready-to-Host Space
A serene, energetically grounded container, carefully and very intentionally created in Springfield, Missouri. It’s perfect for circles, breathwork, workshops, trainings and classes, 1:1 sessions, and community gathering spaces.
What’s Included (Amenities in The Den)
- Seating & comfort: 7 meditation seats, 7 cushions, 4 large bolsters, several blankets, 5 yoga mats
- Layouts:
- Movement: up to 10 comfortably
- Seated breathwork: up to 20
- Bodywork classroom: 5 massage tables (included) for up to 10 hands-on learners
- 1:1 session setup, with curtain privacy, including table and linens for the table
- Sound & mood: 2 surround-sound Bluetooth speakers, ambient lighting
- Ritual & instruments: tea + cacao station (consumables extra), mugs & spoons, drums, crystal bowls, xylophone, and shakers
- Vibe: intentionally curated, grounded energy cultivated over the last two years
What’s Included
- Desk space with lamp and chair
- Two guest bathrooms, both private
- Sitting area including two chairs for a place to “land” outside of the studio space.
Space Uses (Examples)
Cacao + sound journeys • meditation circles • breathwork • yoga • fascia/EMF education • small trainings • coaching/awareness groups • bodywork classes • 1:1 sessions
Pricing (Simple + fair)
- $22 / hour
- $111 / day (5+ hours)
- Revenue share: 33% of your session fees
- Consumables (like cacao for your group) are not included; you can bring your own or purchase cacao for $5/person.
Which option should I choose?
- Running a free/donation-based community circle? → Hourly rate is often best.
- Teaching a paid class? If 33% of your total take is less than $22/hr, choose revenue share; otherwise choose day rate.
- Short private sessions? → Hourly.
Examples
- 10 participants × $250 = $2500 → 33% = $825 (day rate $111 would be much less).
- 8 participants × $20 = $160 → 33% = $52.80 (revenue share cheaper than day rate).

- Ceremonial cacao (by serving)
- Sound bath instruments (bowls, drum, shakers) orientation + use
- Room reset/turnover by host (you walk out, we reset)
- Content capture (tripod + phone mic)
