How we can work together
Strategy Session, $150. A focused 90-minute call to audit your current systems and name the two or three highest-leverage fixes, followed by a written one-page action plan within 48 hours.
Hourly or Retainer, $150 per hour. Ongoing systems work by the hour, booking setup, email funnels, form and sheet automation, social dashboards, client scheduling, and the systems that keep your practice running. Retainer options, 5 hours per month for $700, or 10 hours per month for $1,400.
Systems Build Packages, done-for-you and flat rate, no hourly meter running.
- Launch-Ready Booking and Forms, $1,800: a booking or signup flow, an intake and waiver form, automatic confirmation, and a clean spreadsheet backend, all connected.
- Email Nurture System, $2,200: three to five automated campaigns (welcome, nurture, reminder) with personalized merge tags, plus a simple dashboard to track sends.
- Full Business Backend, $4,000: everything in the first two packages, plus a client database, online scheduling, email automation, and a lightweight content dashboard.
AI Companion Setup, $1,500 plus $99 per month. Your own AI companion, a personal assistant trained on your brand voice, your recurring tasks, your calendar and email, and your frequently asked questions. It drafts emails in your voice, runs your daily reminders, watches your forms and flags what needs attention, and answers the questions you answer over and over.
