The personal side of the work: noticing what your body has been telling you, and building the small daily practices that make a day go differently.
Everything here comes from the same premise. We cannot heal what we do not feel, and most of us stopped feeling it a long time ago. These resources are how I help people start feeling it again, on the table and off.
Where to start
Awareness Coaching
A structured, honest conversation about the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that keep producing the same result. This is the doorway.
The 5 F’s
Fascia, Feelings, Frequency, Food, Focus. The framework underneath everything I teach, and the map I use when someone asks where to begin.
How to Become an Aware Wolf
The journal, a season of daily practice with a weekly rhythm and a checklist you can actually keep. This is where the awareness work lives now.
The 5 F’s, in one line each
- Fascia. The connective tissue is not packaging. It is where the body records what happened, and it can be worked with.
- Feelings. Emotion is energy in motion. What does not move gets stored, and stored energy eventually speaks in symptoms.
- Frequency. Coherence. The difference between a body broadcasting conflict and one broadcasting safety.
- Food. Information, not morality. What you eat is a message to your cells, not a measure of your character.
- Focus. What you attend to grows. It is the one lever you always have, even on a day when nothing else is cooperating.
Daily practices worth keeping
None of these are complicated, and none of them require an hour. They are the ones I come back to myself and the ones I suggest first.
- Water before coffee, and again before the afternoon dip.
- Three slow exhales before you open the next thing that wants your attention.
- Ten minutes of skin to ground, or hands in soil, or feet in grass.
- One thing written down at the end of the day that you want to keep.
Work with me
If you want to go deeper than a resource page, this is what I do in person and over video, one conversation at a time.
