Hello, Wolf Pack. 🐺
This is the first of what I hope becomes a quiet little rhythm — a handful of notes from our community, shared the way the Den shares everything: with honesty, warmth, and no pressure to be anything other than who we are.
This time around, three of our own have offered pieces of themselves for the rest of us. I’m honored to pass them along.
One Year of the Den
This month marks one full year of the Den — and we’re celebrating.
Join us on Tuesday, September 22, for our anniversary gathering. Adi and I will be leading the evening, and it’s a potluck — so bring a dish to share, bring yourself, and bring whatever this past year of showing up has grown in you.
A year ago this was just an idea. Now it’s a place where we gather, rest, laugh, and remember who we are. If the Den has meant something to you, come mark the milestone with us.
This quarter’s contributions
Working At Maximum Capacity — Sheristen McCullah gets honest about stuffing her calendar the way she once stuffed her bra, and offers a kinder way to honor what we can actually hold.
Craniosacral Therapy: A Note from the Table — Claire D’Gaia, RN shares four decades of wisdom from the light-touch table, and why she calls it the most spiritual healing modality.
Lessons and Observations of a Green Witch — Terra Shepherd reflects on what the garden taught her this spring, and what the solstice has to say about slowing down to receive.
Want to host a Tuesday night?
Tuesday nights at the Den are community nights — donation-based, and the host receives 100% of the offerings. If you’ve felt the pull to share your own offering — a circle, a workshop, a practice, a talk — we’d love to have you.
You can request to host by filling out a short application, and we’ll find a Tuesday together. Apply to host a gathering at the Den →
Thank you for reading
Thank you for showing up, for being part of this, and for the quiet way this community keeps growing into itself.
If something here landed for you, share it with someone who needs it. And if you have something you’d like to offer the Den next time — a piece, a practice, a poem, a question — send it my way. This is our space.
With love,
Christy
